At Oppora, we believe outbound should feel effortless — and so should your decision to use us. That's why we don't rely on pressure, lock-ins, or hidden conditions. This policy outlines how trials, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work — clearly and transparently.

1. Free Trial & Exploration Period

Every Oppora account starts with a free experience — so you can see how our AI Sales Agents actually run your outbound. Use this time to:

  • Define your ICP
  • Let Oppora find and enrich leads
  • Launch campaigns
  • Experience AI replies and meeting booking

This isn't a demo — it's your chance to run real outbound workflows and evaluate if Oppora fits your growth engine. By upgrading to a paid plan, you're confirming that Oppora works for your use case.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Once you move to a paid plan:

  • Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable
  • Any usage-based features, add-ons, or custom setups are non-refundable

Oppora is designed as a fully operational outbound system and once activated; resources, infrastructure, and AI workflows are immediately allocated to your account.

3. When Refunds Are Applicable

We only issue refunds in situations where something clearly went wrong on our end. Refunds may be considered if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same billing cycle
  • A payment was made without your authorization

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with relevant details. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You're always in control of your subscription.

  • You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting support
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You will continue to have access until that cycle ends
  • You will not be billed again after cancellation

5. Important Notes

  • Oppora does not support refunds for partial usage or unused time within a billing cycle
  • Initiating unjustified chargebacks may result in temporary or permanent account suspension
