1.1  What is Oppora?

Oppora is an AI-powered sales platform that takes you from “who should I sell to?” all the way to booked meetings and a managed pipeline in one place. Instead of stitching together a database, an email tool, a warmup service, an inbox, and a CRM, Oppora combines them and puts an AI assistant (Ora) at the center of each step.

What you can do with Oppora

•     Find your ideal customers. Search 60M+ companies and over 1B people by simply describing who you’re looking for in plain language, or by using manual filters.

•     Automate prospecting with AI Workflows. Build multi-step agents (job search → company finder → people finder → enrichment → lead scoring) that keep your lists filled while you sleep.

•     Run outreach campaigns. Send personalized email and LinkedIn sequences with A/B variants, smart scheduling, and built-in deliverability protections.

•     Let AI handle replies. Reply Ora reads incoming responses, classifies intent (interested, not interested, out of office…), and drafts or sends replies aimed at your goal usually booking a meeting.

•     Manage your pipeline. A built-in CRM tracks accounts, contacts, opportunities, and tasks, and can auto-create opportunities when a lead replies.

•     Measure everything. Campaign and CRM reports show sends, opens, replies, reply intent, pipeline value, and deal outcomes.

•     Ask Ora — the assistant in the top bar, available on every page.

•     Ora’s Pulse — a daily brief on your dashboard that summarizes what happened and what needs attention today.

•     Oraflow — the copilot inside AI Workflows that builds and edits automation for you from a chat instruction.

•     Reply Ora — the reply agent that answers your leads.

Who Oppora is for

Oppora is built for founders, sales teams, recruiters, and agencies that run outbound at scale anyone who needs to find the right companies and people, reach them across email and LinkedIn, and convert replies into meetings without a large ops team.

Where to start: If you’re brand new, follow the Quick Start article next (1.2). It walks the exact order of setup, starting with the one step that takes the longest to mature: email warmup.

1.2  Quick Start — Your First 30 Minutes

This guide gets you from a fresh account to your first campaign. Do the steps in this order step 1 starts a clock (email warmup) that runs in the background while you finish everything else.

Step 1 · Connect an email account and start warmup

1.      Go to Email Accounts in the left sidebar and click Connect Email. Sign in with Google, Microsoft, or your provider.

2.      Once connected, open the account and start a warmup run. Warmup gradually builds your sender reputation so real campaigns don’t land in spam.

3.      Leave warmup running. Warm a new mailbox for at least 14 days and up to 45 days for a completely new domain, before heavy sending, and keep warmup on even after campaigns start. You can keep setting up while it runs.

Step 2 · Define your Ideal Customer Profile

Open Ideal Customer and describe your company, what you sell, and who you sell to. This profile powers Company Finder suggestions, lead scoring, outreach copy, and Reply Ora so ten minutes here improves everything downstream. Full walkthrough in article 1.3.

Step 3 · Find companies and people

4.      Go to Finder → Company. In AI Search, describe your target in plain language e.g., “B2B SaaS companies in Western Europe with 501–1000 employees.” Oppora also suggests searches based on your ICP.

5.      Refine with follow-up messages in the same search, or switch to Manual Filters for precise control (industry, size, location, technologies, and more).

6.      Repeat under Finder → People to find the decision-makers at those companies.

Step 4 · Save results to a list and enrich

Add your results to a list. Lists are the bridge between prospecting and outreach: each one tracks its companies, people, jobs, and verified emails. Use enrichment (Find Email / Find Phone) so every lead you plan to contact has a verified address campaigns can’t email leads that don’t have one.

Step 5 · Create and launch your first campaign

7.      Go to Campaigns → Create Campaign. The builder has six steps: Select Leads, Write Messages, Reply Ora, Schedule, Campaign Options, and Review & Launch.

8.      Pick your list, write your message (add a variant for A/B testing), and enable Reply Ora if you want AI-drafted responses.

9.      Watch the readiness score in the top-right corner. Anything marked blocking launch must be resolved usually missing emails or an unconnected mailbox before the Launch button goes live.

The Campaigns list track status, progress, sends, opens, and replies for every campaign.

Step 6 · Watch replies come in

Replies land in Unibox, tagged by intent (Interested, Not interested, Wrong person…). If Reply Ora is enabled, review its drafts under Unibox → Reply Ora and hit Send — or let autopilot answer within your guardrails. Your dashboard’s Ora’s Pulse brief will tell you each morning what needs attention.

Rule of thumb: Keep each mailbox at 30–50 emails/day and spread mailboxes across domains (2–3 per domain) scale by adding mailboxes, never by pushing one harder. Deliverability is much easier to protect than to repair.

1.3  Setting Up Your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

Your Ideal Customer Profile tells Oppora who you sell to and how you talk about your product. It is the single highest-leverage setup step on the platform: the profile powers Company Finder, Lead Scoring, Outreach AI, and Reply Agent across Oppora.

What’s in the profile

•     Your Company — name, industry, what you sell, value proposition, and differentiators.

•     Target Companies — industries, locations, company sizes, funding stages, technologies they use, and keywords.

•     Buyer Persona — job titles, departments, management levels, their pain points, and buying triggers.

•     Intent Signals — events that mean “reach out now”: recently raised funding, high headcount growth, currently hiring, new tech rollouts, plus custom signals you define.

•     Messaging — tone, call to action, elevator pitch, and messaging angles the AI should use when writing for you.

Creating or editing your profile

1.      Open Ideal Customer from the sidebar.

2.      Click Edit and complete each card. Short, specific phrases beat long paragraphs the AI treats each chip as a targeting signal.

3.      When you’re done, use Find Companies in the header to jump straight into a Finder search seeded with your profile.

Best practices

•     Be narrow first. Five industries and five buyer titles produce far better AI searches and copy than twenty of each.

•     Write the value proposition as an outcome (“reduce time-to-interview to under 24 hours”), not a feature list.

•     Add pain points in your customers’ own words Reply Ora reuses this language when answering objections.

•     Revisit the profile after your first campaign: fold in what the replies taught you.

1.4  Understanding Credits

Credits are the currency Oppora uses for data and AI operations. Your balance is always one click away via the Credits button in the top bar, and the Credits page in Settings shows each pool with its plan allowance, remaining amount, and per-action costs.

Oppora tracks three separate pools, each consumed by different actions:

AI personalization credits are charged when the content is generated, not when it is sent. If you have 1,000 leads but credits for only 300, Oppora personalizes the 300 and holds the rest back no one ever receives a half-empty email. Top up and re-run; generation continues where it stopped.

Recipient credits (what campaigns cost)

•     You pay per person, not per email. One recipient credit is deducted for each unique email address you contact, once per billing cycle.

•     Follow-ups are free. Once someone has been contacted, every follow-up to them costs nothing.

•     No double charging. Contacting the same address again in the same cycle even from a different campaign uses no new credit. The cycle follows your subscription date, not the calendar month.

•     Running out is safe. When recipient credits run out, campaigns pause sending and resume automatically when the cycle renews or you upgrade. Nothing is lost.

Outreach limits

•     Recipients — sending an email to a unique recipient costs 1 recipient credit; plan allowances vary (unlimited on some tiers).

•     Email accounts — plans include a maximum number of connected mailboxes (e.g., 50).

•     LinkedIn invitations — sending an invitation costs 1 credit, deducted daily; some tiers include unlimited invites.

How credits renew and how to get more

Each pool has a plan allowance (for example 25,000 data, 1,000 AI, and 600 phone credits) that renews with your billing cycle, and every pool has a Buy More button for one-time top-ups. Plan tier names, prices, and per-tier allowances. You can also earn credits through the Win Free Credits program in the sidebar.

Credit-saving tips

•     Filter before you enrich: only find emails for leads that match your ICP and passed lead scoring.

•     Use list-level verified-email counts to avoid re-enriching leads that already have an address.

•     In workflows, cap results per run (e.g., “find 133 companies”) so an over-broad prompt doesn’t burn a large batch.

•     Reserve Deep AI personalization (3 credits/lead) for high-value segments; Basic or Standard covers most cold outreach.

•     Before launching with AI personalization, wait until the readiness check says AI content covers everyone partial coverage means held-back leads, not partial sends.

1.5  Navigating Your Dashboard

Home is your mission control. It answers three questions the moment you log in: what happened, what needs my attention today, and how is my pipeline doing.

The top bar (available everywhere)

•     Jump to… (⌘K) — search across pages, lists, and contacts from anywhere.

•     Community — join the Oppora Discord.

•     Ask Ora — your AI assistant for questions and analysis.

•     Credits — your current data and AI credit balance.

Ora’s Pulse — your daily brief

The Pulse card summarizes recent activity in plain language (“Your workflows just added 674 companies and 50 fresh leads…”) and flags risks such as disconnected mailboxes, leads missing emails, or risky addresses that should be re-verified. Each flag is a link that takes you straight to the fix.

Do Today

A prioritized checklist with time estimates reconnect a mailbox, review paused workflows, verify risky emails. Clearing this list each morning keeps campaigns healthy.

Sales Performance and CRM Activity trend your people, companies, campaigns, and lists over time; Top Campaigns ranks campaigns by engagement; Weighted Pipeline and Deal Velocity summarize deal value and movement. Use the legend chips to toggle series on and off.

Habit: Treat the dashboard as your morning routine: read the Pulse, clear Do Today, then check Top Campaigns for anything with a falling open rate.

1.6  Glossary of Key Terms

The terms you’ll meet across Oppora, in the order you’re likely to meet them. Note for writers: the product UI sometimes says “people” or “contacts” where these docs say “leads” the knowledge base standardizes on “lead” for a person you may contact, “contact” for a person saved in the CRM.

Campaign	An outreach sequence sent to a list over email and/or LinkedIn, with scheduling, sending limits, and analytics.
Variant	An alternative version of a campaign message used for A/B testing. One variant is marked Primary.
Reply Ora	The AI reply agent. Classifies incoming replies by intent and drafts (or auto-sends) responses toward your primary goal, such as booking a meeting.
Unibox	The unified inbox. Campaign replies arrive tagged by intent; My Mail shows the rest of your connected mailbox.
Warmup	A gradual, automated sending program that builds a mailbox’s sender reputation before real campaigns. Tracked per mailbox with a health score.
Deliverability	How reliably your emails reach the inbox rather than spam. Influenced by warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, volume, and content.
Mailbox health score	A 0–100 readiness rating for a mailbox, based on inbox rate, spam rate, authentication, and blacklist status.
Credits	The usage currency, tracked in separate pools: data credits (find/verify emails, enrichment), AI credits (Ask Ora, templates, Reply Ora, personalization, workflow agents), phone credits (phone lookups), and recipient credits (1 per unique person contacted per billing cycle; follow-ups free).
CRM	Oppora’s built-in pipeline tool: Accounts (companies), Contacts (people), Opportunities (deals with stages and value), and Tasks.
