Signals are filters on your search. You pay per page of results, as usual.

Signals inside your search, not in another tool

A separate intent data tool

Oppora Intent Signals

Another subscription on top of your data provider

Signals are filters in the same company and people search

Signals in one tool, contacts in another

Funding, growth, tech and hiring stacked on your ICP

Exports and imports before you can act on a signal

People who just changed jobs, tagged Just joined

An account-level alert with no person to contact

Save, find emails and start outreach in one place

How it works

  1. 1

    Start from your ICP

Set industry, size and location, or describe the companies you want in plain English.

  2. 2

    Add signals

Layer funding, growth, technologies or department growth on top, or switch on job-change signals for people.

  3. 3

    Save and engage

Save the accounts and people for free, find their emails, and start outreach while the signal is fresh.

Find people at the moment they change jobs

A new leader often reviews tools and vendors in the first months. On paid plans, Recently Changed Jobs in the People Finder returns people who switched roles recently and tags them Just joined. Realtime Fetch adds Posted on LinkedIn for people who are active right now, and Years at Company for tenure.

  • Recently changed jobs in the People Finder and Realtime Fetch
  • Posted on LinkedIn in Realtime Fetch
  • Combine with title, seniority and location

See the signal behind each account

Turn on Deep search and Oppora reviews every company against your prompt, writes why it fits and lists the signals it found, such as a new round, open roles or a new leader. Each signal links to its source, so you can check it and quote it in your first line.

  • A written reason for every company
  • Signals linked to their source
  • Best fits first

Hiring signals from live job posts

The Jobs tab finds companies hiring for the roles you sell into, filtered by title, location, date posted and salary. Low competition keeps roles with fewer than 10 applicants, and Job Poster finds the hiring manager behind each post.

How to use buying signals in outbound

Fit tells you who could buy. Signals tell you who might buy now.

01

Fit first, then timing

Signals work best on top of a clear ideal customer profile. A funding round at a company you can never sell to is noise.

Set your industry, size and location first, then add one or two signals. Too many at once leaves a list that is too small to work.

02

Company signals worth watching

New funding brings new budget. Fast headcount growth, especially in one department, means new tools and processes. A new tool in the stack can open the door for products that plug into it.

Job posts are the most direct signal: the company has already decided to spend on that problem.

03

People signals: new in the seat

People who just started a new role often review tools and vendors in their first months. They are also more open to a conversation while they set their plans.

Find them with Recently Changed Jobs, mention the new role in your first line, and reach out early.

What is B2B intent data?

Intent data is information that suggests a company or person may be ready to buy, such as a new funding round, fast headcount growth, new job posts or a recent job change. In Oppora these signals are filters on your company and people searches.

Which buying signals can I use?

Company signals: funding round, last round amount, total funding, last funding date, annual revenue, employee growth over 6 and 12 months, department headcount and its growth, technologies used, and job posts from the Jobs tab. People signals: recently changed jobs, plus Posted on LinkedIn and years at company in Realtime Fetch.

Why does a recent job change matter?

People who just started a new role often review tools and vendors in their first months. Targeting recent job changes reaches them while they are deciding.

Can I combine signals with AI search?

Yes. Describe the companies you want in plain English, such as "SaaS companies that raised a Series A this year and use HubSpot", and the AI search turns it into filters for free. Deep search then explains why each company fits and lists the signals behind it.

How much does it cost?

Signals are filters, so they add no cost of their own. Each page of results costs 1 data credit, Realtime Fetch costs 6 data credits per page with results, and Deep search costs 1 AI credit per search plus 1 per 25 companies reviewed. Saving to a list is free.

Are signals on the Free plan?

The Free plan includes the basic company and people filters, such as industry, size, location, title and department. Funding, revenue, growth, technologies, department headcount and Recently Changed Jobs are on paid plans.
