A different goal for each kind of reply

The default goals cover every reply. Add rules for specific statuses, such as asking an out-of-office lead when they are back, and they take priority over the defaults.

How to handle cold email replies

Speed matters most for interested replies

A lead who asks for pricing is ready to talk now. Hours later, their attention has moved on.

Give the agent a clear primary goal, such as booking a call, and a fallback, such as sending a short overview, so every answer moves the conversation one step forward.

Not every reply is a yes or a no

Out-of-office notes, referrals and "not right now" replies are common. Each needs a different answer: ask when they are back, reach the person they named, or follow up later.

Per-status rules let you write that playbook once instead of deciding it reply by reply.

Start with drafts, then let it send

Run on drafts for the first week. Read what it writes, tighten the goals and tone, and add the files it should attach.

Once the drafts need no edits, turn on Auto Reply Ora. Opt-out replies are marked Unsubscribed and stop further emails.

How does goal management work?

You set a primary goal, such as booking a meeting, and a fallback goal, such as sending a deck. You can also set different goals for specific reply statuses, which take priority over the defaults.

Lead, Interested, Moderate, Meeting booked, Meeting completed, Won, Out of office, Wrong person, Not interested, Lost and Unsubscribed. You can filter Unibox by each one.
