How it works

  1. 1

    Describe the business and area

Type a business type such as "dentists", then search a place or drag the map and set the radius.

  2. 2

    Review every result

See name, category, Google rating and review count, address, phone and website side by side.

  3. 3

    Save and reach out

Select the businesses you want, add them to a list for free, then find contacts and start a campaign.

Pick the exact area on a map

Search for a place or drag the map, then set a radius from 100 m to 50 km. Oppora searches for your keyword inside that circle. On paid plans, load more pages to go deeper into the area.

  • Search any place or use your current location
  • Radius from 100 m to 50 km
  • Reopen the map to change the area at any time

Find businesses that need a website

Filter the loaded results by Has website or No website. Web design, SEO and marketing agencies use No website to build a call list of businesses that still need one. The website filter is on paid plans.

  • All, Has website or No website
  • Counts update as more pages load
  • Select and add to a list in one step

From map to campaign

Saved businesses become companies in your list, with phone, website and address kept. From there, run Find People and the Email Finder, and add the contacts you find to a campaign.

How to prospect local businesses

A practical guide to turning Google Maps listings into conversations.

01

Pick one niche and one area

Local prospecting works best when the list is tight: one business type in one city or neighborhood. Your message can then speak to the problems that niche shares.

Start with a small radius around the area you know best, review the results, and widen it once the message works.

02

Use the listing to qualify

A Maps listing already tells you a lot. The rating and review count show how established a business is, and a missing website is a clear opening for web and marketing services.

Use those details to sort who to call first and to make your opener specific.

03

Phone first, email second

Most listings include a phone number, so local outreach often starts with a call. Save the businesses to a list so your team works from one place.

For businesses with a website, try Find People and the Email Finder to reach the owner or manager by email as well.

Where does the local business data come from?

Results come from Google Maps listings through a data provider. Each result links back to its Google Maps listing so you can check it.

What details do I get for each business?

Name, category, address, phone number, website, Google rating, review count and a link to the Maps listing, when the listing includes them.

How much does it cost?

Each page of search results costs 1 data credit, and pages with no results are free. Saving businesses to a list is free. The Free plan shows the first page of results for every search.

How do I choose the search area?

Search for a place or drag the map, then set a radius between 100 m and 50 km. You can reopen the map at any time to change the area and search again.

Can I find businesses without a website?

Yes, on paid plans. The Website filter switches the loaded results between All, Has website and No website, with a count for each.

Can I get email addresses for local businesses?

Listings include phone and website, not email. Save the businesses to a list, then use Find People and the Email Finder to look for people and their verified emails. You pay only when an email is found.

Do I need to run a Google Maps scraper?

No. You search inside Oppora and the results arrive as clean rows you can save, filter and contact. There are no scripts, proxies or exports to manage.
