Who pays to verify what

Emails found by Oppora arrive already verified, so there is nothing to pay twice. Emails you import or find on your own provider keys are checked at the normal rate, and a stored email more than 90 days old is checked again before the email finder reuses it.

Why verify emails before a cold campaign

What email verification checks, and when the deeper check is worth it.

Bounces cost more than one email

Inbox providers watch how often your emails bounce. A high bounce rate signals a poor list, and your next campaigns are more likely to land in spam.

Verifying before you send removes addresses that do not exist, so your reputation reflects the people who can actually receive your email.

Verified, risky, invalid and not verified

Most addresses come back clearly verified or invalid. Some mail servers accept every address, called catch-all, so a quick check cannot confirm the mailbox. Those are marked risky. When a server gives no usable answer, the email stays not verified.

Advance mode sends the risky and not verified emails through a slower, deeper check. Some become verified or invalid. Catch-all addresses that still cannot be confirmed stay risky, so you can decide whether to send.

Verification inside your workflow

In Oppora, verification is part of the prospecting flow. Emails the email finder returns are verified before you see them, and you can verify any imported list in bulk.

Emails go stale as people change jobs. When the email finder reuses an address stored more than 90 days ago, it checks it again first.

What is the difference between Standard and Advance?

Standard is fast and suits large lists, at 1 data credit per email. Advance runs the same check, then sends emails that came back risky or not verified through a slower, deeper check for 3 more data credits each.

What results will I see?

Each email is marked Verified, Risky, Invalid or Not Verified, so you can choose which addresses to send to. Catch-all addresses are marked Risky.

How much does email verification cost?

Each email verified costs 1 data credit, and a deep check of a risky or not verified email in Advance mode costs 3. Emails checked recently are not charged again, and emails found by Oppora are already verified at no extra cost.

Can I verify emails in bulk?

Yes. Select any number of leads in a list, or the whole list, and verify them at once. You can also add a verification step to an AI Workflow or ask Ora to verify a list.

Can I try it for free?

Yes. You can check one email a day on this page without an account. The Free plan includes 50 data credits a month.

Do I need to verify emails Oppora finds?
