Find the numbers worth calling. Pay only when one is found.

Oppora checks phone sources in the order you choose until one has a number, then saves it on the lead in your list. A lookup that finds nothing costs nothing, and sources on your own API keys use no credits.

One phone waterfall instead of a stack of lookups

Single-source phone lookups

Oppora Phone Finder

One database, so many contacts come back with no number

Sources tried one after another until one has a number

Credits spent on lookups that find nothing

Charged only when a number is found

Copying numbers between a lookup tool, a spreadsheet and your CRM

Numbers saved on the lead in the list your sequences use

Buying the same number again for a lead you already have

A number already in another of your lists reused for free

How it works

  1. 1

    Choose the people

Select people in a list or in Lead Finder results, or save them from LinkedIn with the extension.

  2. 2

    Run Find Phone

Oppora checks your phone sources in order and stops at the first number it finds.

  3. 3

    Call or sequence

Call straight away, or add a call task to a multichannel sequence.

Your sources, in your order

Every lookup can start with Oppora AI, then partner sources Oppora pays for, each showing its price per phone found before you run it. Add your own API key for a provider and it runs on your key with no phone credits. Drag sources into any order, and the dialog shows the most a run can cost before you start.

  • On your own keys: Apollo, Seamless, Prospeo, ContactOut and more
  • Each source shows its price up front
  • Settings saved for the next run

Numbers land on the lead

Run Find Phone on one person or select a whole list. Each number appears in the Phone column as it is found, and people with no number stay free. Where a source has both, the mobile number is preferred.

  • One person or a whole list
  • Numbers fill in while the run continues
  • Saved on the lead in your list

From number to conversation

Add call tasks to a multichannel sequence next to your emails and LinkedIn steps. Log each call outcome, and push interested leads to your CRM with the call in their activity timeline.

What happens nextExample
  1. Phone number found

Saved on the lead in your list

  2. Intro email

    Day 1 of the sequence

  3. Call task

    Answered, voicemail or missed

  4. Interested

Becomes a deal in your CRM

What teams say

  • “Everything being in one place has made our workflow much simpler. Earlier we had to switch between multiple tools, but now our team can manage leads, campaigns, and replies without jumping between tabs.”
Gavin Clarke, Sr. People Business Partner, Diligent Robotics
  • “Everything from sending to replies is handled in one system, making it easy for even non-sales teams to use without a steep learning curve.”
Chenna Vemula, Senior Cloud Security Engineer, Pearson

How a phone number waterfall works

Why phone data is harder to find than email, and how to keep the cost under control.

01

Why one phone source is not enough

Phone data is scarcer than email. Each provider covers different regions, industries and seniority levels, so a single source often comes back empty.

A waterfall asks the next source only when the previous one misses, so you reach more people without paying for overlapping results.

02

Choosing the order

Put the sources you trust most, or the ones you already pay for, at the top. A provider on your own API key costs no phone credits, so many teams run those first.

If your key for a provider stops working, Oppora flags it and, where it can, tries the same provider on its own key at that source’s listed price.

03

Keeping phone spend predictable

Before a run starts, the Find Phone dialog shows the most it can cost for the people you selected. You are charged only for numbers actually found.

If a person already has a number in another of your lists, it is copied over at no charge instead of searched again.

What is a phone waterfall?

A waterfall checks several phone data sources one after another and stops at the first number it finds. It finds more numbers than any single source on its own.

How much does each phone number cost?

A number found by Oppora AI costs 1 phone credit. Partner sources show their own price per phone found before you run them. Sources on your own API key cost nothing, and if no number is found you are not charged.

Which phone sources does Oppora use?

Lookups can start with Oppora AI, followed by partner sources on Oppora keys. You can also connect your own API keys for providers such as Apollo, Seamless, Prospeo, ContactOut, RocketReach, Wiza and Dropcontact, and drag every source into the order you want.

Do I get mobile numbers?

You get mobile or direct numbers where a source has them. When a source returns both, the mobile number is preferred.

Can I find phone numbers in bulk?

Yes. Select any number of people in a list and run Find Phone on all of them, or add a Find Phone step to an AI Workflow.

What happens if my own API key fails?

Oppora flags that provider. When Oppora has its own key for the same provider, it tries that instead at the listed price and charges only if a number is found. Otherwise the provider is skipped and the waterfall continues.

Will I pay twice for the same person?

Not inside your lists. If the same person already has a number in another list you can access in your workspace, it is copied over for free instead of searched again.
