Email and LinkedIn in one sequence that adapts to each lead

Mix emails, LinkedIn actions, delays, conditions, call tasks and CRM pushes in one sequence. Each lead follows its own path based on what they do, and the sequence keeps running as you add people to the list.

One sequence instead of two tools and a spreadsheet

Separate email and LinkedIn tools

Oppora Multichannel Sequences

Email in one tool, LinkedIn in another, nothing shared between them

Email and LinkedIn steps in the same sequence

Every lead gets the same steps, whatever they did

Conditions send each lead down a Yes or No path

Someone replies on LinkedIn and still gets the next email

A reply on any channel ends automated outreach for that person

New leads exported and re-imported to join a campaign

People added to the list join the running sequence

How it works

  1. 1

    Build the sequence

Start from scratch or a template, then add steps in the Simple list or on the Visual canvas.

  2. 2

    Add recipients and senders

Pick your lists, the mailboxes for email steps and the LinkedIn account for LinkedIn steps.

  3. 3

    Launch and follow along

See where every person is, handle call tasks, and let replies route to the right next step.

Branch on what each lead does

Add a Condition step and choose what to check. Each lead goes down the Yes path the moment it happens, or the No path when the time you set runs out. Pick reply statuses to send interested people to a CRM push or a call task.

  • Opened, clicked, connected, replied and call answered
  • Has an email address or a LinkedIn URL
  • A person who replied never gets more automated outreach

A sequence that keeps up with your list

People added to a list after launch join the sequence and start at the first step. People removed from the list stop. The Recipients tab shows the current step and status of everyone, including the call tasks waiting on you.

  • Queued, In progress, Waiting on you and Completed
  • Removed people stop where they are
  • Do-not-contact, rejected-domain and duplicate rules applied before every email

Every LinkedIn action, paced for you

Visit profiles, react to or comment on recent posts, send connection requests with a note, follow, message, send InMail and withdraw old invites. Each LinkedIn account has daily limits per action, and steps wait for the sending window and the account limits instead of rushing.

Sequence: Series A foundersExample
  1. React to a post

Ora picks the best reaction · one of their last 10 posts

  2. Wait 1 day

    Pause before the next step

  3. Connection request

    With a short note

  4. If connected

    Yes: LinkedIn message. No: email

  5. Call task

Creates a task in the Tasks tab

  6. Push to CRM

    Contact + opportunity

What teams say

  • “Everything being in one place has made our workflow much simpler. Earlier we had to switch between multiple tools, but now our team can manage leads, campaigns, and replies without jumping between tabs.”
Gavin Clarke, Sr. People Business Partner, Diligent Robotics
  • “Everything from sending to replies is handled in one system, making it easy for even non-sales teams to use without a steep learning curve.”
Chenna Vemula, Senior Cloud Security Engineer, Pearson

How to build a multichannel sequence

A practical way to combine email and LinkedIn without annoying anyone.

01

Warm up on LinkedIn first

A profile visit or a reaction to a recent post costs the prospect nothing and puts your name in front of them before you ask for anything.

Follow with a connection request a day or two later. People are more likely to accept from a name they have already seen.

02

Let behavior pick the channel

Use a condition on the invite. If they connect, continue with a LinkedIn message. If they do not within a few days, switch to email.

Add a has-email or has-LinkedIn check early, so people missing one channel still get a sensible path instead of a dead end.

03

Stop the moment they reply

Nothing hurts a reply rate like an automated follow-up after someone has already answered. A replied condition ends the outreach and leaves only call tasks, CRM pushes and waits.

Keep LinkedIn activity modest: a few touches spread over days look like a person, and stay well inside the daily limits.

What is a sales engagement platform?

A sales engagement platform runs your outreach across channels from one place: emails, LinkedIn, calls and follow-ups, plus the replies they bring in. Oppora also includes the lead data and the CRM.

Which channels can a sequence use?

Email and LinkedIn, plus call tasks for your team, delays, conditions and a push-to-CRM step. Reply Ora can answer replies for you.

Which LinkedIn actions are supported?

Visit profile, react to a post, comment on a post, connection request, follow, message, InMail and withdraw request.

Do I need a LinkedIn slot?

LinkedIn steps need a connected LinkedIn account, which is $19 a month per account with no per-invite charges. The Max plan includes one account. Sequences with only email steps do not need one.

What happens when someone replies?

Automated outreach stops for that person. If your sequence has a Replied condition, matching replies take the Yes path, where only call tasks, CRM pushes and waits can run. Unsubscribe replies always stop the sequence.

Do new leads join a running sequence?

Yes. People added to a list attached to the sequence join automatically and start at the first step. People removed from the list stop.

How are emails priced?

Emails and follow-ups are unlimited on every plan. Plans limit unique recipients per month: 50 on Free, 5,000 on Pro and unlimited on Max.
