Oppora offers four plans, from a free tier to Enterprise. Each sets your monthly credit allowances (data, phone, AI), mailbox and recipient limits, workflow count, and feature access. Higher tiers unlock unlimited workflows, more mailboxes, and larger recipient allowances.
Allowances scale with the plan for example, Data Credits run 50/mo (Free) up to 25,000/mo (Max) and Custom (Enterprise); AI Credits 10 → 1,000; recipients 50/mo → unlimited; mailboxes 3 → 50 → Custom; AI Workflows 3 → 50 → unlimited. Manage all of this under Settings → Plan Overview & Billing.
Always verify: Plan tiers, prices, and per-tier allowances can change. For the current, authoritative list always check oppora.ai/pricing rather than relying on a cached figure.
Oppora currently integrates with HubSpot, connected from the Integrations page. The sync is two-way: changes made in Oppora flow to HubSpot and changes in HubSpot flow back to Oppora, keeping your CRM data consistent across both tools.
HubSpot is the only integration available today. For any other system, use CSV export from the relevant list or CRM tab. (See Section 6 for how the CRM and HubSpot sync relate.)
Open tracking, click tracking, and the unsubscribe link all embed a small web address in your emails. Without setup, that address is a shared Oppora domain used by many senders, and spam filters notice the mismatch with your sending domain. A custom tracking domain (for example, track.yourcompany.com one per sending domain, set up once) makes those links match your domain, which protects deliverability.

The Do Not Contact (DNC) list is your organization's suppression list people and companies that should never be emailed. Manage it under Settings → Do Not Contact.
When a campaign has the "Do Not Contact list" option ON, anyone on the DNC list is skipped automatically and never contacted, no matter which list or campaign they appear in. Use it for opt-outs, competitors, existing customers, or anyone off-limits.

The Affiliate Program (Settings → Affiliate) lets you earn ongoing rewards by referring new users to Oppora, a step beyond the one-off Win Free Credits referral. You complete an affiliate profile (LinkedIn URL, business type, promotional channels, audience, and plan) and add a payment method; once approved, you generate affiliate links and track results.
The tabs are Setup (your affiliate profile and payment method), Links (generate and manage affiliate links), Statistics (performance), and Payouts (earnings). Your approval status shows at the top.
Which to use: Win Free Credits pays you in platform credits for a one-time referral or review; the Affiliate Program pays ongoing rewards for driving signups at scale. Pick Affiliate if you'll promote Oppora regularly.
