Oppora’s Claude MCP is Live. Connect our Email Database & Outreach features with any tool to build smart automations inside Claude.
This comprehensive guide will walk you through the essential concepts and practical steps needed to master this topic. By the end of this article, you'll have a solid understanding of the key principles and be ready to implement them in your workflow.
Unibox is Oppora's unified inbox the one place your outbound conversations come back to. When a lead replies to a campaign, the reply lands here, auto-tagged by intent, so you can see who's interested without hunting through separate mailboxes. Unibox also gives you your full connected inbox alongside campaign replies.

Unibox Campaigns tab with status filters and intent-tagged replies (Interested, Wrong person, Not interested).
Unibox: campaign replies tagged by intent, with status filters on the left and a full-text search.
Unibox has two tabs, and the difference is simple:
Use Campaigns to work replies by intent (chase the Interested, clean up the Wrong Person). Use My Mail when you need the complete inbox newsletters, internal mail, anything outside your campaigns.
Workflow tip: Filter the Campaigns tab by status to build a daily working queue: open Interested and Meeting Booked first thing, then triage the rest. The left-hand Status filter and the search box narrow the view fast.
The moment a reply arrives, Oppora reads it and auto-tags it with an intent status, so your inbox sorts itself. The statuses are:
Tagging is automatic, but not final. You can override any status from the campaign overview if Oppora's read doesn't match your judgment just change it there and the pipeline updates.
Why override: Overriding a status also corrects the analytics and any CRM automation tied to that status, so fix mis-tags when you spot them rather than working around them.
Reply Ora is the AI reply agent. It reads incoming responses, understands their intent, and works toward a goal you set usually booking a meeting. Depending on how you configure it, Reply Ora either drafts a response for you to review and send, or sends the reply itself within the guardrails you define.
You set Reply Ora up in two places: globally under Unibox → Reply Ora → Agent Settings, and per-campaign inside the campaign builder's Reply Ora step. The settings are the same in both.

Reply Ora Settings Autopilot, Goals, Status Reply configuration, and Communication settings.
Reply Ora Agent Settings: autopilot behavior, primary/fallback goals, per-status behavior, tone, and meeting link.
The main controls, top to bottom:
When enabled per campaign, the same options appear under the campaign's Reply Ora step, plus an Enable Reply Ora for this campaign toggle and an Attachments section.
Drafts vs. autopilot
Your choice at setup determines what Reply Ora does with a response:

Reply Ora Drafts AI-generated reply drafts with the email thread, campaign, and View / Send actions.
Reply Drafts: review each AI-written reply in context, then Send or edit before sending.
Reply Ora accelerates responses; it doesn't take over. You can:
Rollout advice: Start in draft-only mode until you trust the tone and guardrails on a given campaign, then switch on autopilot for the reply types you're confident about (often Out Of Office and simple scheduling).
