- Pushed contacts are linked to their Zoho account, and pushed deals to their account and contact, once those records are in Zoho.
- Every pull updates matching Oppora records. Each scheduled push sends up to 100 new records of each type that are not in Zoho yet; Export in manual mode sends the records you pick, edits included.
- Email threads, notes, tasks, calls and meetings do not sync. They stay on the record in the Oppora CRM.

How teams use Oppora with Zoho CRM
Send cold email to Zoho accounts
Import Zoho accounts and contacts straight into a sales list, find and verify missing emails, and start a campaign from that list.
Move interested replies into Zoho deals
Push an Interested reply to the CRM from Unibox. The deal is created in Oppora with the thread attached and reaches Zoho on the next sync.
Keep Zoho as the source of truth
Only pull from Zoho turns exports off, so Oppora reads your accounts, contacts and deals without writing back.
Reconnect without losing setup
If you disconnect, records already imported stay in Oppora and your sync settings and field mappings are kept for when you reconnect.
Deals start in the Oppora sales CRM, where replies from your campaigns are handled. Also see the HubSpot integration.
Zoho CRM integration FAQ
Does Oppora integrate with Zoho CRM?
Yes. Oppora syncs accounts, contacts and deals with Zoho CRM, two-way or in one direction, on demand or on a schedule. It is included on every plan, including Free.
Which Zoho data centers are supported?
US, EU, India, Australia, Japan, Canada, UK, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Singapore and China. Oppora reads your data center from Zoho when you connect.
How often does Zoho CRM sync run?
Only when you trigger it in manual mode. In automatic mode it runs every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, hour, 6 hours, 12 hours or 24 hours.
Can I import Zoho contacts into a campaign list?
Yes. Set the import destination to a sales list, or use Import into a sales list. Zoho accounts become companies and contacts become leads in that list, ready for email finding and campaigns.
Does Oppora log emails in Zoho CRM?
No. Email threads, notes and activities stay in the Oppora CRM. Deals created from replies sync to Zoho as deals linked to their account and contact.
Does Zoho CRM sync cost credits?
No. Syncing uses no credits. Finding or verifying emails for imported contacts uses data credits as usual.
